How Do I Withdraw Funds From My toutou Account?

Funds may be withdrawn from your toutou account using any of the following methods:

Supplying The Required Documents For Withdrawal


Please note that this will involve having access to either a fax machine, camera or scanner. Please allow us 3 business days for this information to be reviewed and verified prior to approving withdrawal request. Information required is as follows:

Proof of identity: 
Please send us a valid Photo ID with your name, date of birth and address:

- National Identification Card (front and back copy) 
- Driver's License (front and back copy) 
- Passport 
- Armed Forces' ID Card (front and back copy) 
- Known Employer ID Card (front and back copy) 
- Other Identification Card issued by government/ known government agency/ body (front and back copy) 
The copy sent in must be clearly visible. 
A one-time verification will be done and you will be able to withdraw subsequently. 

Proof of Transaction and Account Details:
Please send us valid proof of account details consistent with those stated in your deposit and withdrawal transactions such as your full name and account/ card number or email address

- Credit Card and Credit Card Statement that is not older than 3 months 
- Bank Statement that is not older than 3 months 
- Full screenshot of Online Banking Details including the URL address bar 

Proof of Address:
Please send us recent statement with your name, address and date that is not older than 3 months

- Utility Bill (Mobile phone bill is not accepted)
- Bank Account Statement / Credit Card Statement from a recognized bank
- Council Tax Bill 
- Mortgage Statement from a recognized lender



Withdrawing Funds Through Local Bank Transfer

The funds will be wired to your account as per your instruction once the request is verified by our Payment Services team and we will inform you of the withdrawal.

Verification by our Payment Services team will require 1-3 days


How Long Is The Processing Time Of Withdrawal Transaction Via Local Bank Transfer?


Verification by our Payment Team will require 1-3 days. And once approved, you will get the funds within 1 working day.

How Many Bank Accounts Can I Use To Withdraw Via Local Bank Transfer?


You can only use up to 3 bank accounts.


Can I Withdraw Via Local Bank Transfer If I Do Not Have Any Bank Account?


You can only request withdrawal by Local Bank Transfer if you have a bank account registered in your name.

"Account Number Exists In Our System, Please Contact Customer Service For Assistance" What Does This Error Mean?


This happens when you have previously used the same account number. In order to proceed further, please contact us via Live Chat or email to cs@toutou.com and advise if you have registered more than one toutou account or have had a previous toutou account closed. You will also be required to provide us with details of such account(s).

How Can I Check My Withdrawal Transaction Records?

To check your withdrawal summary, login to your account and go to: My Account > Transaction History > Withdrawal.

How Many Withdrawal Transactions Per Day Can I Submit?


There is no exact number of withdrawal that can be submitted in a day, as long as your previous transaction has been approved or rejected


What Should I Do If My Withdrawal Transaction Fails?


Please contact us via Live Chat or email to payment@toutou.com providing us with details of your failed transaction for our investigations. You may also refer to the guidelines for withdrawal on our FAQs page.

How Can I Cancel My Withdrawal Request?


Only withdrawals with PENDING status can be cancelled by clicking the "Cancel" button which is located next to your transaction ID in My account/ Account statement/ Transaction history/ Withdrawal.

For transactions with status "Processing", kindly contact our Customer Service for assistance. All "approved" transactions cannot be cancelled.


When Will My Sport-Book Balance Be Updated Following A Cancellation Of Withdrawal Request?


Your toutou account balance is updated instantly following the successful cancellation.


Can I Change My Bank Account Information For Withdrawal Purposes?


Kindly send your request to change bank account information to KYC@toutou.com from your registered email address with toutou.

If Local Bank Transfer is supported for depositing in your country, you may use your new bank account to make at least one successful deposit transaction. Our system will record your new bank details. When you would like to request withdrawal via your new bank account, kindly contact our Customer service for support.
