1. How are betting odds displayed?

Odds are displayed according to the region in which you are logged in or according to your country of registration. However, each member can manually adjust to their favored preference if they choose.

2. What are Euro, Hong Kong, Indo and Malay odds types?

Euro decimal odds quote the total return (including your stake amount) payable to you if you win. 

Hong Kong / Malay / Indo odds quote your net winnings (excluding your stake amount) payable to you if you win. Negative figures indicate the staked amount that may be lost in order to win 1.00 (2.00 in Euro decimal odds).

3. Can I change from decimal odds to fractional?


Currently, we do not offer fractional odds.

4. What is In-play?


In Play (Running Ball) is when a bet is placed after the start of the relevant event. Bets are accepted when the event is in progress, and wagering ceases as soon as the event ends or the market is taken off the site.


5. How do I establish if an event will go In-play?


The event will go in-play if there's an "Upcoming In-play symbol" beside a specific event.


6. How do I distinguish home or away teams and which is the handicap favourite?


Home teams are the first team you will see in the event box. The stronger team (handicap favourite) is identified with their name in bold letters and highlighted. The assigned handicap is visible next to their displayed odds.


7. What is the minimum and maximum betting amounts?


The minimum bet is SGD2 or its currency equivalent. However, this minimum does not apply to Parlay / Multiple bets

The maximum allowable bet amount varies with every event.


8. How do I bet on parlay and multiple bets?


A multiple or parlay bet requires a minimum of 2 selections to a maximum of 10 selections in a single bet. 

Click the Odds of the selected Bet Type of an event. A message will appear on the Bet Slip if the selection can be placed in a Parlay. 

On the Bet Slip, select the Multiple Bet option located underneath the Singles selections. Remember that multiple bet types that are displayed depend on the number of selections in that multiple bet.

The majority of sports, events or competitions can be included into a parlay or multiple bet with the exception that a parlay or multiple bet cannot contain 2 or more selections that are playing in a single event. For more information on the types of parlays and multiples are offered, please refer to our Parlay / Multiples rules under the Sportsbook Info > Rules section in our Information center.


9. What is a Danger Mode?


Bets placed In-Play can be kept in a pending state during specific danger moments of an event. This is known as 'Danger Mode'. An example of danger moments include:

If a bet is placed when a market is in 'Danger Mode', that bet has not been accepted or declined yet. If the period of danger passes with no significant occurrence in the game or event, the bet will be confirmed.

10. What is the meaning of Dead Heat Rule (Outright)?


Dead Heat Rule applies to bets on a market where there are more winners than expected (as set out in the Market Information), or the result is a draw or tie and there is no such eventuality offered in the market. Upon this occurrence, the betters stake will be settled by dividing according to the number of winners and this amount will be multiplied by the odds stated. The remainder of the stake will be lost.


11. Is it legal for me to bet?


To bet with our company you must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age as stated within your jurisdiction. You must have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions prior to using our services. 

Regulations and restrictions pertaining to betting and gaming vary amongst countries. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the laws applicable to you concerning betting and gaming do not prohibit you from opening an account and wagering with us.


12. Is the information in your pre-start and live content always correct?


While we always strive to display the correct data, information relating to an event (e.g. dates, times, scores, statistics, news, red cards, neutral ground details, etc.) are for general information purposes only. The company shall not be liable for the accuracy in the information provided. 


13. What Is a Handicap?


"Handicap" refers to a team that receives a virtual head start, effectively leading the event by differing points before the event actually starts. If you bet on a team that either gives or receives the handicap and they win the event (with handicap included), your bet is a winning bet.

All bets are settled by factoring in the indicated handicap applied at the end of the bet type period. 

Details of handicap is displayed and emphasized by a 'minus'; sign followed by the handicap line on the team given a handicap start. 


14. What Is Over / Under?


This refers to betting on whether the total number of goals or points scored in an event will be over or under the indicated line.

If the total number of goals or points scored is more than the indicated line, the market is settled as 'Over'. If the total number of goals or points scored is less than the indicated line, the market is settled as 'Under'.


15. What is 1 X 2 bet type?


This refers to betting on who will win the event or if the outcome will be a draw result. This market contains the two teams and a draw as betting selections.


16. What is a double chance bet?


The Double Chance bet type is a bet on 2 of the 3 possible outcomes; home win and draw (1 & X), away win and draw (X & 2) or home win and away win (1 & 2). The three options available are: 1 X, X 2, 1 2: 


17. What is to Win From Behind?


To Win From Behind means that a player or team must recover from a losing position during any stage of an event and subsequently go on to win that event.


18. What is Winning Margin?


Winning Margin is a numerical value that separates the score of the event winner from the score of all other participants taking part in the event, i.e. the greater the points or goal difference, the greater the winning margin. If the event ends in a draw/tie, it will be settled according to 'score draw' or 'no score draw' as a result.

Example 1: Liverpool v Manchester City (Final Score 4-1), Winning Margin is 3 Goals
Example 2 Liverpool v Manchester City (Final Score 0-0), Game will be settled as No Score Draw
Example 3: PGA Event (1st Tiger Woods -12, 2nd K.J Choi -6) Winning Margin is 6 Strokes
Example 4: NFL (N.Y Giants v G.B Packers) (Final score 23-9) Winning Margin 14 points


19. What is a 3-Way Handicap?


This is similar to a regular handicap, except that a draw or tie score may be included in the bet. 
Handicap (-1) - You win if your team wins the event with a goal difference of two or more. 
Tie: You win if the team with (-1) Handicap wins the event with exactly one goal difference. 
Handicap (+1) - You win if your team draws or win the event.


20. What does the term AOS (Any Other Score) mean?


"Any Other Score" refers to any score line not listed as a selection under the Correct Score event type.


21. What other betting markets do you offer, besides Asian Handicap, Over / Under and 1 X 2?


We offer a variety of betting markets. You may check the available markets by clicking the view all bets icon located on the right of the event. This gives you more betting options.


22. What is outright betting?


An Outright market provides betting on the winner of an event, competition, tournament or race. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

  1. The final outcome of a competition, i.e. World Cup winner or F1 Driver's Champion.
  2. The final outcome of a preliminary round, i.e. Group winner in World Cup.
  3. The final outcome of a match, i.e. the team that qualifies from a semi-final match to the final, regardless of score, extra-time, penalty kicks.
  4. The final outcome of a race, e.g. individual winner of a F1 race.
  5. The top scorer in a competition.
  6. MVP award winners etc.

23. What is Sportsbook Financial Betting?


Our Sportsbook Financial Bet Markets allow members to predict the last digit of the closing indexes from different exchange markets.


24. What is the meaning of "Selection indicated in red may not be combined for multiple bets"?


A customer may only place multiple bets when choosing from betting markets that do not have a direct affect on each other. If a related contingency is present in the parlay / multiple, the combined bet will not be excepted. 
Example:

If Manchester United win 2-0, the combined odds would be 12.6. However, the odds should only be 7.0 because if Manchester United win 2-0, they will automatically have won in the 1 X 2 market.

Also, as of this time, we do not allow In-Play (Running Ball) Parlay / Multiple Bets.


25. When I place an In-play bet, the initial bet status is shown as "Pending", and after that it becomes cancelled. Why is that?


In-Play (running ball) is where it is possible to bet during an ongoing event. Bets are accepted once the event begins and ceases once the event ends or is taken off the odds display. A variety of different markets can appear during the duration of an event.

Bets placed In-Play can be kept in a pending state during specific danger moments of an event. This is known as 'Danger Mode'. An example of danger moments include: 

If your bet is placed when a market is in 'Danger Mode', the word 'Pending' will be shown on the bet slip. This means that the bet has not been accepted or declined yet. If the period of danger passes with no significant occurrence in the event, the bet will be confirmed.

26. What happens if I get disconnected from the internet while playing?


If you had successfully placed your bets, bets will remain in effect even if you have lost your Internet connection. Once you log back in, you can check the event results on the results page and view the results of your bets in the My Account section.

For bets that were unsuccessfully placed when the Internet connection was lost, your balance will not be deducted. You only need to log in again after re-connecting to continue. You can always check your betting activities in the statement if you are unsure whether the bets were placed successfully.


27. Can I change or cancel my bet?


You are solely responsible to ensure that the details of your bets are correct. Once your bets have been placed and their acceptance confirmed by us they may not be cancelled, revoked or changed and shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence in respect of the bets that you have placed. All bets are logged and recorded in our transaction log database and are conclusive evidence of all transactions and times at which the transactions are placed.


28. How long does it take to process a bet payout?


Normally, your account will be updated within 2 hours from the release of the official event results. However, processing time for certain events may be longer.


29. If an event is suspended or abandoned, will the bet ticket be cancelled?


Should an event be abandoned, suspended or postponed and fail to resume after 36 hours from the official kick off / start time, the result as it stands will be deemed void and bets will be cancelled, unless stated otherwise in the individual sport's rules. Certain markets that are unconditionally determined will be settled accordingly. The settlement procedures for these markets are stated in the individual sport’s rules. The company's decision to cancel bets in such an event is final and is regardless of any official decision by the event referee or relevant governing authority. For 'Parlays', the bet will still be considered valid, though the selection within the parlay will be considered void. The payout formula will be calculated as (1) for that particular selection.


30. Why would a result or score be reset?


Result changes occur when the score or result that was initially posted on our website requires amendment. The result of an event will be determined on the day of its conclusion for betting purposes unless otherwise stated within the rules for each sport or event. 

Any subsequent enquiry that may result in an overturned decision will not be recognized by our company after 72 hours from the processing of the result. Within 72 hours after results are processed, our company will only reset / correct the results due to human error, system error or mistakes made by the referring results source.


31. Where does your company obtain all results relating to respective events?


We confirm the results by watching events live or by obtaining information from the official governing body of the participants involved in the event.


32. How do I calculate parlay bets?


Parlay bets are calculated by multiplying the odds of all the selections and then multiplying the final odds with your staked amount. For more information on how to calculate a parlay or multiple bet, please refer to our Parlay/ Multiples betting rules under Sportbook Info > Rules in our Info Center.


33. How do you calculate multiple winners?


That would be calculated in the same way as Dead Heat Rules unless otherwise stated under that sport or event's individual sports rules.


34. Why can’t I see my bet ticket in Account Statement?


You can only see bet transactions in your Account Statement up to the last 30 days. For transactions over 30 days, please contact us via Live chat or email (See Contact Us in Help Menu) and provide us your Security Question and Answer. Your requested account statement will be sent to your registered email address. 

Kindly note that the request for the account statement covering over 6 months and above from the date of request is subject to a service fee of GBP 10, or its equivalent in other currencies.
