PLAYER PROTECTION TOOLS

The following player protection tools are available to toutou members. We strongly advise our members to use any of the following tools to assist them as and when necessary.

Self Exclusion
For your own protection, you can request to be excluded from using toutou’s products and services. When you request self-exclusion, you will not be allowed to place any bets with toutou and lifting of the self-exclusion request will not be possible. You can make a self-exclusion request at any time, as follows:
- If you are using our Website, once you have logged in to your account, through a request on the Responsible Gaming page, under ‘My Account’, ‘Profile’, and then ‘Account Settings’
- If you are using our mobile site, through a request on the main page once logged in selecting ‘My Account’ and then ‘Responsible Gaming’
- At any time by email to Care@toutou.com.
- At any time directly through our Customer Care Team
- Self-exclusion from toutou can be made for 6 months. You can also request permanent exclusion from toutou.
Where we receive a request for self-exclusion, we will permanently block your account for the period of time requested (the minimum period being 6 months). However, you will have a period of 7 days to access your account and withdraw any remaining funds. After the 7 days, you will have no further access to your account. Any request from you to lift the self-exclusion request during a self-exclusion period will not be considered.

Please note:
- All self-exclusions and time outs are irreversible for the duration of the specified time;
- Any new accounts you attempt to open during the self-exclusion period will be blocked as soon as detected;
- We will take all reasonable measures to make sure you do not receive any promotional material;

Self-Exclusion Via Our Website

Self-Exclusion Via Mobile Site
To request self-exclusion, you need to ‘Log In’ into your account from the main page of the mobile website. Select ‘My Account’ and then the ‘Responsible Gaming’ icon and you will be re-directed to a page where you can select the option for self-exclusion. You will need to acknowledge your request for self-exclusion, by clicking the ‘Apply’ button. Once you have clicked the Apply button, you will receive a pop up message with confirmation of your request. To confirm you wish to be self-excluded for the duration selected, you must click ‘OKAY’ on the pop up message. Following a self-exclusion request, you should withdraw all remaining funds in your account within 7 days.

If you request self-exclusion by email or Live Chat, an email confirmation will be sent to you with confirmation of your self-exclusion request.

Following a self-exclusion request, you should withdraw all remaining funds in your account within 7 days.
Account Re-Activation

Following a period of self-exclusion, your account will remain blocked until such time as you take steps to request re-activation of your account. If you want to return to play on toutou, you can email Care@toutou.com or contact our Customer Care Team at any time after your self-exclusion period has expired.

You should also consider installing GamBlock, a software application that will block your computer’s access to internet gaming websites.

7 Days Cooling Off Period

If at any stage you become concerned about your gaming behaviour, we offer a ‘Cooling Off Period’. This allows you to restrict your access to our services for a shorter period of time than self-exclusion. You may send an email to opt for a 7 days minimum ‘Cooling Off’ exclusion period. toutou reserves the right to exclude a player for a longer period of time at our discretion.

Deposit Limit

You may limit the amount of funds to be deposited into your account on a daily/7days/30days’ basis. This limit can be set through your toutou account by clicking on My Account > Profile > Account Settings> Responsible Gaming > and by clicking the “Apply” button. Once the limit has been set, it will take effect immediately. Any increase of the limit set is not allowed for a minimum of seven (7) days from the latest time stamp indicated; if thirty (30) days period has been applied, any increase of the limit set is not allowed for a minimum of thirty (30) days form the latest time stamp indicted.

Nevertheless, if you wish to reduce your deposit limit, you can proceed immediately without any minimum wait. Please note that you will be excluded from depositing any funds when your deposit limit is set to zero (0).
Transactional Bet Limit

Any requested limit applies to all available toutou products, unless otherwise specifically requested, and takes effect upon receipt of a confirmation email from us regarding your request.

Please note that you will be excluded from any betting in, or transfer to, the applicable product(s) when your limit is set to zero (0).
Marketing
We take reasonable steps to ensure you do not receive any marketing material during the exclusion period. It may take up to two (2) business days from the date of application of the Player Protection Tool, on your toutou account, for any marketing material to cease.

If you have/had account exclusions or restrictions placed with any other gambling operator(s) and/or service provider(s), it does not automatically apply to toutou.

toutou reserves the right to extend the application period of any Player Protection Tool on a member at its sole discretion.
