Promotion General Terms and Conditions

Any bonuses and winnings are non-transferable to other accounts [save in the sole discretion of Cube]. The award of any bonuses and winnings are subject to the sole discretion of Cube.
Members will be disqualified from the Promotion if any withdrawals are made before the bonus is credited into the account.Full deposit amount qualified for the Promotion and the full Bonus must be wagered through at least once before the end of the calendar month in which the Bonus is credited.
Promotional rollover requirements will be considered fulfilled if your account balances is less than RMB10 stake amount allowed.
Only wagers that generate a win/loss return will contribute to the promotion rollover requirement. Cancelled or void wagers, wager on odds less than Asia 0.75, or wagers on both even-chances during a single game will also not count towards this requirement.
Should the stated promotion rollover requirement not be met within 90 days from the time the bonuses were credited, the full bonuses and any winnings attributable will be forfeited.
In the event of withdrawal prior to the completion of the promotional wagering requirement, toutou has the right to decline the withdrawal request if the wagering requirement is not satisfied.
Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred.
Withdrawal of promotion participation must be accompanied with an email to promotion@toutou.com; such request to withdraw takes 4 business days to take effect. Failure to do so renders continued participation in the Promotion.
At Cube's discretion, you may be requested by Cube to provide identification information. It is mandatory that you furnish the requested information upon our notification. If you do not provide the requested information, you agree to give up your rights to any balances left in your toutou account.
You must be at least 18 years of age or over the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is the greater) to bet or participate in the Promotion. Underage entry will be void. You may be asked at any stage to provide Cube, or a third party with proof of age and/or identity. You must be able to present a valid passport or other valid picture ID to verify your age and/or identity. Any player unable to provide such proof of age will be excluded.
Each promotional bonus offer is limited to one time only redemption per person/ account/ family/ legal registered address/ email address/ telephone number/ payment account (e.g. debit or credit card, neteller etc)/IP Address/shared computer environment, e.g. school, public library or workplace, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the rights to withdraw the availability of any bonus offer to any customer or group of customers.
During the Promotion, strict rules regarding multiple account abuse will be enforced. Cube reserves the right to disqualify from the Promotion and/or the Site any player suspected of entering more than one account in the Promotion. The decision on what activity constitutes multiple account abuse lies with Cube's management in its sole discretion.
Promotion is intended for recreational players who actively risk funds on games with the intention of winning. At Cube's discretion, we may consider your activities as Foul Play when we have a reasonable basis to believe that your activities appear to us as exploiting this promotional offer and/or without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intention to play.
Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets, risk free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, toutou reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free and risk free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition Cube reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet, risk free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs.
During the Promotion strict rules regarding player behaviour will be enforced. Cube reserves the right to take action if it believes a player is engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activity (including participation that would be a breach in the local law of their jurisdiction) and to take action against any player found to be abusing any aspect of the Promotion. Such action includes, but is not limited to, exclusion or suspension from the Site, and the confiscation of rewards earned as a result of the abuse. The decision on what activity constitutes abuse of the Promotion lies with Cube management in its sole discretion.
Fraudulent, multiple or incorrectly completed entries will not be accepted, neither will entries made in breach or non-compliance with these terms and conditions. No liability is accepted for entries that are not received for any reason by Cube.
Only approved deposits where the necessary verifications are completed will constitute entitlement of participation of the Promotion.
Cube reserves the right, at any time, to alter these terms and conditions at its sole discretion which includes cancelling, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these Promotional Terms and Conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
By participating in the Promotion, you agree to Cube using your name, likeness and image on the Site and in marketing and promotion campaigns produced by or on behalf of Cube in any media whatsoever without further compensation and you expressly waive any claims against Cube in this regard.
You hereby assign any and all copyright and other intellectual property rights in your entry to the Promotion for Cube's unrestricted usage and agree to do all such acts and/or execute or procure the execution of all such documents in a form reasonably satisfactory to Cube to confirm Cube's ownership of such rights.
Employees and relatives of employees of Cube and any entities affiliated or related to Cube are not permitted to participate in the Promotion. For these purposes "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. This restriction also applies to former employees and relatives of former employees of Cube (including any entities affiliated or related to Cube) for a period of six (6) months from the last day of his/her employment with Cube (including any entities affiliated or related to Cube).
By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Cube, their legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damage incurred or losses suffered or sustained in connection with the acceptance of any prizes and/or the participation in the Promotion.
By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that the name and address which are registered in your account are correct and up to date. Failure to provide this information may lead to disqualification from the Promotion.
All players participating in the Promotion must abide by all Cube rules, as well as the general Terms and Conditions listed on the Site.
In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions Cube reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion.
The decision of Cube in respect of any matter concerning or related to competitions and promotions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the case of disputes concerning the participation rights of players in the Promotion, all matters relating to the awarding of the bonus and/or the terms and conditions, the final decision lies with Cube's management. The decision will be binding and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any player or third party.
These terms and conditions and matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed, in accordance with Isle of Man law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man Courts.
