How Do I Deposit Funds In My Account?

  1. Funds may be deposited into your toutou account using the following method:

* The processing time is the estimated time when the bank processes your fund transfer to the time we update your toutou account.

* If verification of account is needed for a specific deposit method, the processing time starts after the verification has been complete.


Depositing Funds Through Local Bank Transfer


Upon login into your toutou account, simply click [Banking] and choose [Deposit] button, then click [Local Bank Transfer]. 

At Step 1 in deposit form, select transfer mode, bank, and enter the deposit amount, hit Show Details. 

Transfer fund to the specified banking account that are listed at Step 2. 

Complete Step 3 by providing your personal bank account details and hit Submit. 

Your deposit transaction will be processed within 5 minutes following our receipt of your funds. 

Note: we do not accept fund made via a third party account. 


Depositing funds through Alipay QR Code Transfer


First of all, you need to download Alipay wallet app version 9.0 and above in your smart phone. Then, follow the instruction below to make deposit.

Depositing funds through Alipay Transfer To Bank Card


Upon login into your toutou account, simply click [Banking] and choose [Deposit] button, then click [Alipay Transfer To Bank Card]. 

First of all, you need to make sure your Alipay's account name is same with toutou registered name. Please contact LIVECHAT if different.

After fill in deposit amount, click "Agree and display details".

Step 2, please follow the instruction to transfer fund into the bank account provided.

After success transfer fund, click on "Transfer completed" and system will show you a deposit transaction id.

Depositing funds through Wechat QR Code Transfer


Upon login into your toutou account, simply click [Banking] and choose [Deposit] button, then click [Wechat QR Code Transfer]. 

At Step 1 in desposit form,fill in deposit amount and hit Submit.

At Step 2 System will popup another window and show wechat QR Code.

Can I deposit via China Online Payment?


Upon login into your toutou account, simply click [Banking] and choose [Deposit] button, then click [China Online Payment].

At Step 1 in desposit form,Select transfer bank,deposit amount and hit Submit.

At Step 2 choose which bank you would like to make the deposit transaction from, and click confirm.


Can I Deposit Via Local Bank Transfer If I Do Not Have Any Bank Account?


You can still make deposit transactions with us without having any bank account. Please select 'Over Counter' as your transfer method at Step 1 in our Local Bank Transfer form.

However, all withdrawals from your toutou account require a bank account registered in your name for the funds to be successfully returned to you.

Any deposit or withdrawal transaction using a third party bank account not registered in your name is not allowed in all circumstances.


Do I Need To Submit Deposit Receipt Or Bank Statement To toutou If I Had Transferred Funds?


This is not mandatory but is recommended so that we can verify your transaction(s) and speed up the approval process on your transaction(s).


How Long Is The Processing Time Of Deposit Transaction?


The processing time is as fast as 5 minutes, as long as we have received the funds.


How Many Bank Accounts Can I Use To Deposit Via Local Bank Transfer?


There is no limit as to the number of bank accounts you may use for your deposit, provided the payor name matches that of your registered name with toutou. Please note that toutou reserves the right to reject transactions made by a third party.

For withdrawal however, you may only use up to 3 bank accounts.


Where Can I Find My Transfer Reference/Payment Order Code?


This can be found in your Online bank statement after you complete transfer fund via Internet Banking. For only over the counter deposit, this is not required.


Can I Fund My toutou Account With Funds From Third Party(ies)?


No, deposit using third party accounts is not allowed. All deposits into your toutou account must originate from you, in that full name of depositor must match your registered name at toutou. toutou reserves the right to reject any deposit transactions made by third party(ies) or require verification documents from you before the fund is processed to be available in your toutou account.


Can I Use Multiple Deposit Methods?


Yes, you can. However, it depends on your registered currency and the country you are residing. Kindly check it on our Banking option or contact our Customer Service for more details.


How Many Deposit Transactions Per Day Can I Submit?


There is no limit to the number of deposit transactions you may make into your toutou account.


How Can I Check My Deposit Transaction Records?


To check your deposit summary, login to your account and go to My Account > Transaction History > Deposit.


How Will I Know That My Deposit Transactions Are Successful?


Successful transactions will appear on your Bank/Credit Card statement as deduction for "Cube Ltd +44 20 3286 9991" or Cube-Corp.co.uk +44 20 3286 9991. If you have any questions about the transactions on your statement, please contact our Customer Relationship Officers, who will be happy to assist you!

My Card Has Expired, How Do I Change It?


You may use your new credit/debit card to deposit funds into your toutou account. However, verification will be requested by our KYC Team to ask you to send the front and back copy of your new card.


Can I Make A Deposit Transaction Over A Bank Counter?


Yes, you may make a deposit transaction over a bank counter.


What Is Internet Banking Service?


Internet Banking is a service that allows transfer of funds via the Internet. In other words, customers can trade directly on the computer at home and do not need an ATM or a bank. Online banking service is very convenient and simple. Most of the banks are supporting this service. To register, please contact the nearest bank branch. Normally the registration and use of online banking only takes one day to complete.

I Transferred An Amount That Is Different to that Indicated For A Bank Transfer.  What Should I Do? 
In this case you must contact our support providing the time and date of transfer, reference number, toutou ID and the receipt of payment.

I’ve Made Everything Like You Said But I Didn’t Receive My Payment.  What Should I Do?
Please contact our customer services and provide your toutou ID, time and date of the transfer and the deposit ID, together with your receipt of payment. “
