Revenue share model- toutou will pay the Affiliate a percentage of the combined month net winnings for Sportsbook, Casino, Live Casino and Keno play generated as a result of a direct referral by the Affiliate. Net winnings is defined as all gross profits from bets made from customers’ losses less; monies paid out to Customers as fraud, charge-backs, bonuses, and other incentives offered to the Customer.

• Compute net gain/winnings: 
  Sportsbook + Casino + Live Casino + Keno Gain – (Player Bonuses, Charge Backs, Referral Banking Fees, Platform Fees) = Net Gain
• Compute commission earnings: 
  Net Gain x % Commission Rate = your Earnings
