How Do I Open An Account With toutou?

Registration with toutou is easy! Just 3 simple steps:

Step 2: Answer simple questions for us to create a personal account for you.

Note that true and accurate information are required for account registration. This policy is to ensure the security of the funds at toutou website. Except the account owner using the correct bank details, no third party can make deposit or withdrawal transaction to and from the toutou accounts.

How Can I Retrieve My Security Question & Answer?


To retrieve your security question and answer, you may contact toutou via toutou Live Chat or email us at cs@toutou.com. Your identity will be verified before the requested information is released to you, which will be sent to your email address registered to toutou.



Why Is There An Error When I Try To Log In Using My Password?


Please check if you have entered the password correctly. The password should have at least 6 characters. If this problem persists, you might want to reset your password by using the Forgot Password icon found on the Password field.


What Should I Do If My toutou Account Has Been Locked? (Due To Maximum Login Attempts)

How Can I Request For My Account Statement?


Please note that you will be able to view the last 30 days of your account statement in "My Account" when you login to your account.
If you would like to request for your account statement of more than the last 30 days, please provide us with the specific period needed for the account statement as well as your Security Question and Answer via Live Chat or email to cs@toutou.com. Your requested account statement will be sent to your registered email address.
Kindly note that the request for the account statement covering over 6 months and above from the date of request is subject to a service fee of 30 RMB, or its equivalent in other currencies.



Will My Account Be Closed If It Has Been Unused For A While And How Can I Reactivate It?


Your toutou account will be categorized as a Dormant Account if there were no transactions performed for a continuous period of 6 months since your last account login date.
If your account remains dormant for a continuous period of more than 18 months since your last account login date, toutou reserves the right to transfer the remaining funds in your account as a donation to nominated charity(ies) and good causes, and to close your account.
To request for account activation due to dormancy, you need to provide Security Answer, User Name and Reason. If the request is in a form of email, the required details should be sent via your registered email address to cs@toutou.com.



How Can I Terminate My toutou Account?


To terminate your toutou account, you may contact us via toutou Live Chat or email us at cs@toutou.com from your email address registered with toutou , providing your toutou account Security Answer. If you have forgotten the details, you can alternatively provide us with your first name, last name and date of birth. For Quality Improvement purposes, please also include your reason(s) for account closure.



Does My Registered Name With toutou Have To Be The Same As That On My Identification Document And Account(S) Used In Depositing/Withdrawing With toutou?

Send an email to cs@toutou.com using your registered email address providing your toutou username and the effective date of exclusion. If no such date is indicated, the date of email receipt will be considered as the effective date.



Can I Remove My Self-Exclusion Before It Expires?
Self-exclusion restrictions will be strictly applied to an account and will be valid for a minimum period of six (6) months and cannot be removed before the end of the 6-month period.



How Can I Set Playing Limit To My Account?


You can choose to set deposit limit or 7 days cooling off as below:
Deposit limit: You may key in the deposit limit on the Responsible Gaming page under Account settings and click on the [Apply] button. Once your deposit limit has been set, it may only be changed after a minimum of seven (7) days for daily/7days request and thirty (30) days for 30 days request from the latest time stamp indicated. Please note that you will be excluded from depositing any funds when you set your deposit limit to zero (0). 7 days cooling off: You can also request to set 7 days cooling off period on your account. Once applied, your account will be excluded from any deposit or betting within a period of 7 days. Just email to cs@toutou.com using your registered email, providing your Username, Security answer and starting date of cooling off period. If no such date is indicated, the date of email receipt will be considered as the effective date.
