Withdrawal
Your withdrawal method should be the same as your chosen deposit method. For example, if you make a deposit via Neteller, you will have to withdraw using the same payment method.
If you would like to make a withdrawal which is not the same as your original deposit method, please contact our Customer Support team who may be able assist you.

You can cancel your withdrawal request anytime within 48 hours of submission, this can be done from within your account, simply click on the CANCEL WITHDRAWAL button within the cashier then select the pending transaction that you wish to cancel. If your withdrawal request has exceeded 48 hours since the requested time, then please contact Customer Support
You do not need to provide any identification for making a withdrawal. However, there may be an occasion that we will request a copy of your proof of ID front and back and a copy of a recent utility bill for security reason
